The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine" (re the Children Rights under the Custody)

According to the Law "implementation of the custody does not stop the rights of the child on pension, aliments, compensation because of the loss of breadwinner and other social payments assigned for the child according to the Laws of Ukraine as well as the property right of the child on these payments."

The corresponding Bill is registered under №2122.
